we’re looking for:
senior store manager
we’re looking for a talented an experienced senior store manager to join our moochi team to build our dunedin team from the bottom up, grow our customer base and lead our amazing new store
what you’ll be required to do..
- manage and lead our team with a focus on development, customer experience, and succession planning for all team members
- manage and oversee the customer experience in store to ensure all interactions are in line with our premium customer service standards
- train, nurture and support all team members and provide ongoing feedback and coaching
- seek excellence in all areas of the retail environment including stock management and visual merchandising
- ensure store KPI’s are continually achieved and exceeding benchmarking
- lead by example in all areas of the retail environment including an authentic sales process and leadership skills
- engage and interact with our strong retail community of nz stores (and counting)
our ideal candidate has…
- previous experience in a management position in a similar role or industry is integral
- natural leadership skills that focus and value team development and success
- impeccable communication skills both verbal and written
- experience with visual merchandising at speed and with volume
- strong administrative and stock control competencies
assistant store manager
we’re looking for a talented an assistant manager to join our moochi team to work alongside our store manager, build our dunedin team from the bottom up, grow our customer base support lead our amazing new store.
what you’ll be required to do..

are you a positive, motivated and fashion focussed individual with experience in a premium retail or hospitality environment? we want to hear from vibrant individuals who are keen to learn new skills, thrive in a team environment. we have party time and casual roles available, days and hours are flexible for the right applicant, but at least one weekend day is required.
