Moog Medical Devices Group (MMDG) designs, manufactures, and distributes industry-leading enteral feeding and infusion pumps. Through investment in research & development and relying on our vast expertise, we design and develop advanced infusion systems that improve medication safety, optimize application performance and reduce medical expenses.
We are currently looking for a Receptionist located at Moog Medical, Salt Lake City facility.

General Position Summary:
The Receptionist is responsible to perform complex secretarial work of an administrative nature. This is a responsible position that may involve supervision. The Receptionist provides assistance to the department head in administrative areas.
Core Responsibilities:
Responsible for establishing and maintaining official documents and records in appropriate files
Receive visits or calls regarding complaints which may be resolved or referred to proper person for resolution.
Assist callers with routing to appropriate employees as needed.
Process some invoices to go out the door to customers.
Processing incoming and outgoing mail daily.
Order office supplies, including monitor those that need approval.
Assist in the processing of expense reports.
Assist with scheduling and stocking conference rooms.
Schedule catering for misc. meetings.
Complete required training in a timely manner
Assist other staff members with their duties as requested
Assist with other projects/duties as requested by a member of management
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to understand verbal instructions from Supervisor
Ability to effectively communicate via email/telephone and in writing
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Close vision (clear vision at 20 inches or less)
Ability to project a positive, empathetic image to the public
Sufficient skill in typing
Thorough knowledge of modern office practices and procedures and the use of office machines and equipment
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with supervising personnel, and co-workers.
Able to succeed in highly regulated compliance oriented environment while still providing service excellence.
Ability to work closely with various vendors to maintain office operations.
Other Required Skills:
Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10’s and 100’s
Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance
Ability to carry out tasks through detailed written or oral instructions
