Our tree maintenance administrator will be coordinating the receivables of purchased goods and services from our retail locations. This person will be communicating with customers to schedule service calls for tree care maintenance.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
· Scheduling crews using MS Outlook calendar
· Routing and coordinating field techs and crews
· Download inbound sales from stores (via email) then onboard
· Inbound and outbound sales
· Daily administrative paperwork and filing
Qualifications: Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
· Calling customers to schedule and confirm maintenance visits and send emails using a CRM
· Call and email customers after service using our CRM to ensure customer satisfaction
· Customer service phone calls
· Sales reports for maintenance sales
Physical requirements/Working conditions
Primarily working in a basic office environment: ability to sit, stand, walk, kneel, stoop, use stairs, reach, pull and lift objects up to 15 lbs.
Subject to Criminal background check and being able to get bonded by an acceptable surety company.
