Responsibilities

– Prepare reports and other records, and review for accuracy
– Reconcile & clean schedules
– Post journal entries accurately and efficiently
– Understand deadlines and be able to apply the appropriate sense of urgency to all tasks
– Communicate with store managers daily and follow-up with open tasks
– Answer e-mails timely and professionally

– Assist Office Manager and Controller as needed

Qualifications

– Must have at least one (1) year of recent dealership automotive accounting experience

– Excellent written and verbal communication

– Team player, integrity and strong work ethics, attention to detail, and organized

– Ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment and comfortable in an open office setting

– Must be able to stay late & work weekends during the month end close
– Basic computer skills, including Word, Excel, Reynolds and Reynolds Ignite DMS helpful

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 – $21.00 per hour
