As International Customer Operations Specialist you will closely support the International Sales and Customer Operations team and will be responsible to ensure import transactions, third party inventory and international pricing is maintained and balanced with the International Sales, Inventory, and Pricing management goals.
This is a full time permanent position with hybrid working.
Job Responsibilities
Import Transaction & Inventory Management
Responsible for management of import process and transactions through Customs clearance and delivery; ensure timely, accurate, and compliant completion of import information and documentation.
Complete post import audit and maintain appropriate records.
Partner with 3rd Party Warehouse to ensure all documents for containers are completed accurately and any discrepancy is resolved immediately.
Prepare any ad hoc inventory reports that are requested by International Sales.
Preform annual inventory counts at specified warehouse locations and cross check them against JD Edwards.
Manage inventory stock levels and partner with sales on inventory planning.
Define optimal inventory levels based on healthiness criteria and set up mechanisms to achieve these goals.
Pricing Management
Maintain pricing schedules in ERP system for over 100 brands, both International and Domestic. The entry of new product pricing & price changes, with extreme attention to detail.
Review margins on international pricing requests sent to the Pricing inbox.
Enter all pricing requests into ERP after review and approval.
Research sales and operations queries related to pricing discrepancies.
Review and update International Pricebook monthly with Domestic updates and distribute to global team.
Continually review and clean up inactive accounts on the ERP so reporting is accurately providing pricing data.
Experience & Education
Understanding and awareness of foreign laws and regulations governing international trade, preferably in the alcohol beverage industry.
Ability to work in a team environment including working with co-workers, vendors and customers.
MS Office experience with strong emphasis on Excel, advanced functions a plus.
A positive attitude, with a commitment to excellence and high standards.
JD Edwards/ERP and database experience preferred.
