Morgan McKinley is partnering with a global B2B manufacturer to appoint a Regional Demand Planning Manager to be based in Singapore

This position is responsible for Demand Planning, Integrated Business Planning Process across the Southeast Asia region. Reporting directly into the Planning Director you will be responsiboe for forecast accuracy, planning data integrity & accuracy, building up S&OP & Inventory metrics capabilities.

Core Responsibilities:

• Responsible for implementing and managing the Regional S&OP process including facilitating demand, supply, reviews and consensus among functions and stakeholders
• Drive full utilization of ERP system capabilities to automate supply chain activities and provide reports and analysis for decision making during S&OP process reviews
• Accountable for the raw materials management process, including forecasting, scheduling, excess and obsolescence management.
• Facilitate Monthly Pre-S&OP and weekly Supply meeting with cross functional to match demand and supply and adjust schedule to match availability of resources

Key Expererience:

• Min 5 years or more experience in Demand Planning related with hands on experience in implementing & improving S&OP Process, Integrated Business Planning and Forecasting Model Analysis
• Possess good working knowledge with SAP/IBP environment preferably with HANA/other software/tools required for data analytics/predictive analysis with high proficiency in MS Office (Excel/PowerPoint)
• High level of collaboration skills to be able to work with multiple stakeholders across various levels with the ability to drive planning processes excellence
