About the role:

Come join our fantastic team, build APIs! Play around with new product design! Code until the cows come home! Here you’ll do a bit of everything and have fun doing it!

This role will be working predominantly with Typescript however we are open to candidates from all coding backgrounds. The role is predominantly in the back-end space, but we are keen for candidates with full stack experience.

What you’ll be doing:

• Working with your team to own the designs and solutions you create together
• Learning all the time
• Writing well tested code and getting it into production
• Continually looking for ways to make things better
• See to the successful delivery of the business’s objectives
• Working with the wider technology team to deliver the team’s vision and strategy

What you need to bring with you (ESSENTIALS):

• 3+ years’ experience working in the software engineering industry
• Experience with writing well tested code with a focus on unit testing
• Worked with object-oriented programming languages
• Experience with microservices architectures
• Experience with a cloud platform preferably AWS

Extra points for:

• Worked with Node.js and Typescript
• Worked with Docker and Kubernetes
• Full stack experience is a plus
• Knowledge of DevOps best practices
• DB Design Knowledge
• API/Rest
• Basic Security
