Morgan Mckinley is working closely with an established financial institution to hire a Trade Floor Desktop Analyst for their team. The ideal candidate possesses at least 5 year of experience in Desktop Support roles in similar trade floor environments.

About:

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years in the Trade Floor environment and strong experience with Windows OS and Applications

Requirements:

• A individual with knowledge across the infrastructure stack and exposure to Front Office Application Support
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10 Operating systems and Windows applications (Office 2021, 2019 including custom built Excel add-in support)
• Working knowledge of SCCM/Microsoft Application Virtualisation and/or similar technologies
• Experience with VOIP technologies (SIP, H323 for Avaya and SpeakerBus telephony systems)
• Market Data Application experience, namely Bloomberg
• HP Desktop Hardware products and support
• Mobile device support experience(Blackberry UEM)
• Knowledge of Citrix Environments
