The Resolution Alternative Invest Funds Reconciliations Director will be responsible for a full range of activities, which ensures the operational effectiveness and excellence of the business unit. The individual will be responsible for a full range of activities, which ensure the operational effectiveness, and excellence of the Recon team. The employee will have responsibility for:

Create management reports in identifying break trends
Mitigating risk to the firm by ensuring that SLAs are met daily
Escalating issues and concerns to management as they occur
Assisting management with projects when required
Reconcile a high volume of differences timely and accurately
Problem solve and incorporate new processes to mitigate risk

3 years of experience doing reconciliation preferably in financial services.
Ability to multitask and work against deadlines
Advanced excel skills desired
Experience using Microsoft Access
Detail oriented
Bachelors degree in Finance, Math or related field
