As a remote Events & Hospitality Program Coordinator at Morley, you’ll plan and operate meetings, events and incentive programs on behalf of our corporate Fortune 500 clients. From managing the initial planning stages to traveling on site to execute the event, you’ll organize every last detail to make sure our clients’ expectations come to life.
What You’ll Do
- Support the development and execution of meetings and events
- Assist with proposal development, bid submissions and client interactions
- Act as a liaison between sales associates, vendors and clients
- Manage client expectations through proactive, results-oriented communication methods
- Schedule and manage on-site travel staff
- Travel to domestic or international event locations, facilitate site inspections, operate programs and support Trip Directors as necessary

Skills for Success:
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Able to multitask and meet deadlines
- Have a solid work ethic, excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, and strong attention to detail
Eligibility Requirements
- Able to travel extensively (50% of the time)
- Bachelor’s degree
Five or more years of operational management experience in the event planning or hospitality industries- Specific experience arranging meetings and events for clients/groups
- Experience interfacing with professional clients
Remote Work Requirements
- Michigan resident
- High-speed internet access at home that you are able to connect to via Ethernet or landline
- Cellular phone
- Secluded and distraction-free work environment

Morley & COVID-19
Our #1 priority is the health and safety of our Morley Family members.
In March 2020, we instituted the Morley COVID-19 Response Team, which continues to meet daily to minimize or eliminate our associates’ exposure to COVID-19 and provide assurance that Morley is a safe place to work. Currently, most associates work remotely. Those who do work on site are not required to wear masks, vaccination is encouraged but not mandatory, and social distancing is exercised based on associate preference. People with symptoms or a positive test result are asked to remain home. According to the CDC, our COVID-19 community level is rated as low. If this rating changes to medium or high, our COVID-19 Response Team will revisit policies and processes in order to protect our Morley Family members from infection.
