Mortgage Connect Hiring for Data Entry Clerk Job at Denver, CO Full Time

Mortgage Connect, LP is looking for an onsite Data Entry Clerk. As a Data Entry Clerk at Mortgage Connect, you are responsible for processing borrower documents in our Urban Loan Tracking System.

Responsibilities:

• Perform all Intake functions and meets performance standards
• Sorting FedEx packages
• Wanding FedEx packages
• Reconciling FedEx counts
• Destapling all program types
• Research of Loan/Order ID information in the Loan Tracking System (LTS)
• Scanning of packages in the Imagic system
• Index documents in the Imagic indexing queue based on the client’s document taxonomy guidelines
• Process loans in the eFax queue
• Ship copies of documents via USPS or FedEx
• Ship original documents to the client based on routing rules
• Count, sort, and process mail
• File documents in the file room in accordance with departmental standards
• Other duties as assigned
• Special projects as assigned
• Must be able to work overtime as required

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a fast paced environment requiring attention to detail
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Effective communication skills
• Basic math skills
• Intermediate MS Office
• Self-Starter

Salary: $19.00 – $19.50/ hourly

Shift: 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. M-F (MST)
