Responsibilities

• Provide every client the best client service in the industry
• Responsible for marketing and soliciting residential loan business, ensuring all phases of the loan process are performed in accordance with company and regulatory guidelines
• Advise and educate clients on the home-buying or refinance process and how to better manage their mortgages
• Own and build your business within USA Mortgage with the support of our team

Qualifications

Requirements

• 2- 4-year college curriculum preferred, or equivalent industry experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment that will challenge you
• Knowledge of Encompass or equivalent to include basic computer skills
• An understanding of various residential mortgage loan products
• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as a team player
• Passion, great communication skills, self-motivation, positive attitude, and competitive spirit
• Travel up to 50%
