Minimum Experience: 9 years

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) in analyzing product development, complex producibility studies and production/tooling philosophies.

  • Refine, validate, coordinate and implement conceptual designs and manages the program architecture for build.

  • Develop manufacturing plans and oversees plan optimization.

  • Conduct complex producibility and variation analyses to ensure that manufacturing process capability matches requirements.

  • Resolve complex technical problems.

  • Serve as a project manager to ensure that contract requirements, specifications, design criteria and schedule performance are integrated and maintained.

  • Lead advanced design solutions and supports research of new product or business opportunities.

  • Deploy company Lean Enterprise analysis methods. Documents and communicates producibility best practices.

  • Provide guidance to others through structured mentoring.

  • Boeing Knowledge

  • Drawings/Data Sys and Models

  • Engr Knowledge/Comprehension

  • Product Support Technical Data

  • Project management skills/experience

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or 9 + years of related work experience
