NDA Health Families DATA ENTRY CLERK- Part-Time

Schedule- Monday through Friday (20 hours a week)

Mosholu Montefiore Community Center (MMCC) is one of the largest not-for-profit providers of high- quality social services, and youth, family, and community development programs in the North Bronx and Manhattan. Since its inception in 1942, MMCC has been dedicated to its humanitarian efforts, serving the needs of more than 28,000 residents each year from all cultural and academic backgrounds, religions, races, ethnicities, sexual orientations and special needs.

The clerk is a valued member of the team, providing clerical and administrative support to the program administrators. S/He helps create a positive atmosphere while assisting in the proper functioning and positive standing of the program.

Responsibilitiesinclude butare notlimitedto the following:

• Answering phones and greeting participants and visitors in a warm, welcoming manner;
• Assisting with the distribution, collection, inputting and filing of information including employee and participant applications and files;
• Assisting with the organization and maintenance of files and records including but not limited to participant files, daily attendance and activity sign in sheets.
• Assisting with the input and revisions of the activity schedules within DYCD Connect and/or designated database/collection tool;
• Printing and updating Sign in/Sign out sheets daily;
• Tracking and inputting client intake and individual services plans into DYCD Connect and/or youth services related databases daily;
• Participating in outreach to families with recruitment and retention phone calls;
• Maintaining reports required by funders and other constituents;
• Maintaining inventory of office supplies;
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Professional telephone etiquette
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Computer skills; ability to file, enter data
• Excellent customer service skills
• Professional demeanor and able to interact with a wide range of people.
• Motivated, upbeat, friendly attitude.
• Minimum HS Diploma or HSE diploma
• Must have one year experience in an office environment

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $19.35 per hour

Schedule:
