Mosquito Mary’s of Cape Cod Hiring for Virtual Office Manager Pest Control / Lawn Care at Remote Full Time

Mosquito Mary’s of Cape Cod is a fast-growing seasonal Mosquito and Tick control company that services Cape Cod Massachusetts. This position can be performed remotely and with part time/flexible hours that fall between Mon-Sat 7AM-5PM.

Ideal candidate would be skilled in the software ServSuite that we use on a daily basis to route techs, process payments, and organize client database. If you are skilled in servsuite and can troubleshoot issues from past entries, we are very interested in talking with you. Position also includes the ability to talk with techs and managers and have pleasant discussions with clients when needed.

Responsibilities:

• organize office (virtually) w/detailed lists of vendors to keep track of expenses
• correct scheduling and billing errors in Servsuite
• enter new data and clients into ServSuite
• process credit card payments through ServSuite
• Flexible and eager to assist managers with necessary jobs to be done

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 – $18.00 per hour
