Moti Hiring for Administrative Assistant Job at Cupertino, CA Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Assist busy real estate agent with day to day office/ admin duties
• Manage all systems for sellers, buyers, lead generation, and database management
• Oversee all contracts through closing, process all listings, and draft listing documents for agent’s review
• Book showings and use map routes for buyer appointments
• Maintain calendars for agent
• Create content for website, newsletters, and other marketing campaigns.
• Keep agent informed regarding any problems or issues that need to be handled
• Ability to deal with ad hoc requests

Knowledge and Skills:

• Knowledge of real estate, title and/or mortgage business preferred
• Strong computer skills; MS Excel/Word, Adobe Acrobat, DocuSign, zipForm, zoom
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently
• Strong organizational skills, accuracy/quality, detail-oriented
• Strong interpersonal skills, with a customer service focus
