The opportunity – What can you expect?
Our 12-week paid Summer Intern program has been designed with you, the student in mind and provides exposure to our industry and the city shaping projects we work on. Throughout the Intern program you will be supporting with planning and delivery of projects, engaging with clients, developing your skills, assisting with bids and proposals, and working as part of an experienced team. You’ll have the opportunity to hear from a range of subject matter experts and business leaders to support your learning and keep things fun & interesting!
Our Summer Intern Program commences in November 2022 and ceases in February 2023.
We are seeking students enrolled in their penultimate year of a relevant bachelor’s degree, to work across our six sectors:
- Advisory
- Built Environment
- Energy
- Transport
- Water
- International Development
We’re keen to hear from students who are studying a degree relevant across a wide range of disciplines including; Civil, Structural, Building services, Electrical, Transport planning, Energy & renewals, Water & wastewater treatment, Aviation, Digital design delivery, Project Management, Infrastructure advisory and economics, Environment and Sustainability, climate change and carbon net zero.

- Currently be enrolled in your 2nd or 3rd year of a relevant bachelor’s degree
- Have exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Display and share the same Values that are important to us – Progress, Respect, Integrity, Drive & Excellence (PRIDE Values)
- Demonstrate a collaborative approach with a hands-on approach to problem-solving
- Be able to demonstrate your leadership capability in a work or non-work environment (like coaching a sports team)
