Pick and Pack role in small Mount Maunganui warehouse

hours Monday – Friday 9am to 5pm

The successful applicant will be responsible for picking and packing of orders, creating courier labels and fulfilling of orders.

Keeping a tidy and orderly warehouse environment is important.

Mulit-tasking, accuracy and excellent attention to detail are key!

Clear thinkers only please – this job demands focus, precision and a methodical approach.

Tasks include:

• monitoring and printing of orders
• accurate picking, packing and order management
• make courier labels and arrange dispatch of packages
• fulfillment of orders into computer
• processing and labelling of inwards goods
• occasional heavy lifting and ladder work required

To be considered for this role, you will have:

• ideally, previous warehousing experience would be an advantage but not compulsory if you are a quick learner
• methodical and hard-working approach with a can-do attitude
• highly accurate and efficient order picking ability
• competent computer skills
• excellent spoken and written English

The position will suit someone with excellent attention to detail, who loves multi-tasking and taking ownership of their role, and is able to lift and assist with unpacking of inwards goods.

Getting a bit dirty on the odd occasion should not be an issue.

As some medium and occasional heavy lifting is required, an appropriate level of fitness is necessary.

The successful applicant will be subject to satisfactory background checks, and a police check.

Salary: $24.00 – $26.00 per hour
