As a Chef you will be working towards cooking, developing and maintaining consistent standards in all aspects of kitchen operations.
We are looking for passionate team players with strong communication skills. Must have immaculate presentation at all times.
This role is based around cooking on the line & supporting the sous chef in managing the kitchen. Hands on and actively learning all aspects of kitchen will be a key objective required for the role.
In order to be successful in this role, you must have at least 2 years’ experience in kitchen. Cooking philosophy is based on the seasonality, freshness and optimizing flavors with a focus on dietary requirements.
