We currently have several job opening available. Positions in the following departments: Sanding, Assembly, CNC Operator, Delivery and Finishing (Spray Dept.).

Do you have strong woodworking skills and an eye for detail? We’re looking for the right candidate who can deliver cabinets that are both practical and aesthetically pleasing. Using the specs provided by our engineer, you will use your building and problem solving skills to create cabinets that meet very specific guidelines. You’ll work alongside the other members of our building team to create an important product that is in high demand. Job Responsibilities

• Construct and assemble cabinet components, making sure that all pieces fit the dimensions specified by the foreman and client
• Clean and repair all equipment necessary for your work, including handsaws, table saws, skill saws, and a variety of drills and sanding tools
• Be exact in measurements and markings so that materials will be used efficiently and the projects will meet budgetary restrictions
• Install the appropriate hardware, such as hinges and handles,
• Match materials and grains to create a uniform appearance for all the matching units
• Reinforce joints and attachments to maximize sturdiness and durability without compromising aesthetic appeal or functionality
• Maintain a safe working environment by cleaning and disposing of old materials, such as nails and screws

Job Skills & Qualifications Required:

• Ability to properly read a tape measure
• Knowledge of materials and processing
• Attention to detail

The right candidate will be honest, dependable and a self starter, and be willing to lend a hand in other areas of the shop when needed. Our typical work hours are from 6:00 am – 3:30 M-F , we do offer overtime. Paid holidays and a retirement match program.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.50 – $16.00 per hour

COVID-19 considerations:
We’ve installed plastic barriers, provide mask, gloves and hand sanitizer throughout the office, and shop. All employees are required to take their temperature each morning upon arrival. We are an essential business and have not yet had to close down.
