Our Team Leaders are an important part of our store management teams . You’ll take an active part in leading and motivating the team to maximise sales potential whilst delivering outstanding customer service.

You are a hands-on, enthusiastic and passionate person with some experience of engaging and developing team members. You understand KPIs, targets and the importance of what each sale can contribute to your store’s success.

We would like to hear from people who are looking to progress their career in retail management. The ideal candidate will have some retail management experience, or you may be a senior or experienced Sales Assistant wishing to take the next step in their career.
