We are looking for a bright and bubbly person who knows how to WOW our guests with outstanding customer service to create a special moments.

The role covers welcoming guests, checking in and checking out guests, working with Porters and providing exceptional levels of customer service.

Skills and experience

• Previous experience in customer service
• Excellent spoken English
• Excellent telephone manner
• Well presented, confident and highly organized
• Flexibility of availability e.g. Weekends and public holidays
• Eligibility to work in New Zealand for a minimum of 12 months
