Job Description
Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable dining experiences? Movenpick Wellington is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Food and Beverage Attendant to join our team. As a Food and Beverage Attendant, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our guests and ensuring they have a delightful dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take orders and provide recommendations based on guests’ preferences.
- Deliver food and beverages promptly and accurately.
- Ensure tables are clean and set up according to the standards.
- Handle guest inquiries and concerns with a positive and proactive approach.
- Collaborate with team members to provide efficient and seamless service.
- Process payments and manage cash accurately.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
- Attention to detail and a high level of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in the hospitality industry.
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Able to legally work in New Zealand.
