Job Description

Leading IAM implementation projects functionally from start to finish, including following key activities:

• Conduct pre-sales presentations for customers, revolving around SAP EAM/IAM solutions
• Analyze the customers current EAM state and recommend most suitable SAP IAM solutions to achieve process improvement
• Lead requirement analysis & solution design workshops with the customer, including a fit/gap analysis for IAM solutions (standard functionality vs. custom development)
• Define the Business Blueprint for the solution based on the individual customer requirements
• Install, configure & integrate various SAP IAM solutions (Asset Manager, AIN, ASPM & PdMS) on SAP Cloud Platform and SAP PM
• Define development tasks for custom modifications to SAP IAM solutions and dispatch them to the development team
• Ensure the solution quality through functional testing
• Define the go-live and rollout plan for the project
• Provide Go-Live & Hypercare support to the customer

Requirements:

• Bachelors or master’s in information systems or related field. Industry experience can be substituted for specific degree requirements
• Excellent verbal and written communication, both internally and externally
• Proven blend of functional and technical SAP skills
• Extensive knowledge of SAP EAM with at least 5 end-to-end implementations experience is a must
• At least 1 SAP mobile implementation project within the EAM space is preferred
• Hands on experience with the latest version of SAP IAM preferred
• Experience in at least one of these industries: manufacturing, utilities, oil & gas and pharma (GxP experience is a plus)
• Great problem solver with strong analytical skills
• Travel to customer sites as required
