About the Role:

As an Assistant Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in planning and executing marketing campaigns and events. You will collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement marketing strategies that align with our business goals. This position requires strong organizational skills, creativity, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Event Coordination: Manage the logistics of events, from planning through execution, ensuring every detail is covered
• Marketing Strategy Development: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our events and campaigns effectively
• Content Creation: Create and distribute marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and social media content to enhance event visibility
• Campaign Monitoring: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and the outcomes of events to drive continuous improvement
• Budget Management: Assist in managing budgets, timelines, and project plans to ensure successful campaign execution
• Collaboration: Work closely with vendors, sponsors, and partners to ensure the seamless execution of events
• Industry Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices to keep our strategies relevant and effective

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• Experience: Proven experience in marketing, event planning, or a related role
• Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities to convey ideas clearly
• Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in marketing tools and software, including CRM systems and social media platforms

• Flexibility: Willingness to work some evenings and weekends for events
