Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams and maintain open communication with senior management
• Organize community events and represent the company as its spokesperson
• Build relationships with customers and effectively communicate promotional services
• Develop and execute community-based strategies and marketing campaigns
• Establish and maintain cooperative relationships with consumers, employees, and public interest groups
• Coach client representatives in effective public and employee communication
• Analyze organizational objectives and promotional policies to create impactful public relations strategies
• Maintain the company’s brand identity and reputation
• Collaborate with the Operations Director to evaluate advertising and ensure alignment with public relations goals
