Job Summary: MSI, LLC is seeking a Part-time, Data Entry Technician for our Westminster, CO office with the ability to adhere to a Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. schedule. Starting pay rate is $16.00 per hour. This position ensures the accurate and timely data entry of essential information into all MSI’s informational databases.

Responsibilities: Data Entry Technician job responsibilities may include:

• Enter new, resale and builder-to-builder closings
• Prepare new owner letters for all new and resale closings
• Set up of new associations into MSI system
• Input address and name changes
• Process CIP changes and updates
• Annexations
• Other duties as assigned

General Duties: Maintain a neat and clean office environment, complete work within the timeframe allotted. Assist other Database Systems employees and cross-train on other duties within the Database Systems department.
