Mueller Reports Hiring for Scheduling Assistant at Remote Full Time

Our Operations team is seeking qualified applicants for a full time Scheduling Assistant in the Tonawanda, NY office or as a remote position.

Job Description:

We are hiring a Scheduling Assistant (SA) who will be responsible for making daily outbound calls to schedule inspection services for our Field Representatives (FRs). The SA works directly with FRs and Policyholders (PHs). The SA reports to the Logistics Director (LD) of their region. It will be the SA ’s responsibility to ensure client expectations are met via scheduling appointments within the confines of our provided service level agreements (SLAs).

The SA is a cross departmental role that focuses on inventory management and case assignment. The SA will work closely with Logistic Managers (LMs) who are responsible for achieving and maintaining strong operational performance in their assigned region.

• Eagerness to achieve (or exceed) daily quota of outbound call efforts
• Pleasant and professional customer service approach, both verbal and written
• Has prior call center experience

Responsibilities include:

Outreach, Appointment Setting, and Case Assignment

• Make daily outbound calls to secure appointments for cases that require interior inspections
• Leverage FR calendars of availability to assign appointment cases to the best available FR based on schedules and routing
• Assign cases with preferred appointments from PHs via SMS (text messaging) by leveraging FR calendars
• Answer inbound calls and assist with scheduling, re-scheduling, or any other customer concerns regarding appointments
• Process close-out requests with Customer Service when call efforts have been exhausted or an inspection was refused
• Facilitate self-guided, PH driven data collection via “Mueller at Home“ mobile application

Customer Service

• Exhibit a sense of urgency when receiving and responding to Customer Service inquiries
• Work closely with Customer Service to proactively communicate assignment concerns and delays
