Job Summary:

We’re seeking an Operations Analyst to provide operational support to Relationship Managers who head a business development effort in the General Industries Finance industry specialty group. You will prioritize activities based on the level of importance to the department and at the direction of the RM(s).

Major responsibilities:

• Assist RMs with marketing activities by providing customer and industry research.

• Actively maintain the Salesforce database.

• Develop client marketing presentations and materials.

• Assist in documenting transactions.

• Develop knowledge (through internal and external training) of the bank, industry, credit, and marketing activities.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

The right candidate will have:

• Credit experience (ideal but not required)

• Internship or training program with a money center bank/regional formal credit training or equivalent

• Accounting and finance classes/experience.

• Interpersonal, analytical, and writing skills.

• Organization and time management skills and attention to detail

• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

• Experience with spreadsheets and modeling

• Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related major, including Accounting, Economics
