We have an exciting opportunity for a Spare Parts Interpreter to work in our Hamilton branch. Working with our small but busy team, this role focuses on delivering quality parts and excellent service to our customers.

The Role

Reporting to the Branch Manager, the key responsibilities of the role include:

• Timely response and efficient management of customer enquiries from the counter, phone, and internet
• Preparation of quotes, purchase orders and timely completion of other related documentation
• Assisting other team members in daily transactions
• Assisting in delivery and maintenance of the warehouse as required

The candidate

As our Spare Parts Interpreter, you will have a solid background in automotive vehicle parts sales, have excellent communication skills, be proactive and be an excellent team player.

In addition, you must have/be:

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in spare parts sales – HV or automotive parts is an advantage
• Have established good business relationships within the industry, including customers or resellers
• Good understanding and practical skills in customer service or customer relations
• Positive can-do attitude, reliable and a self-starter
• Excellent problem solver and an innovative thinker who can think outside the box
• Excellent administrative skills including intermediate IT skills
