Multivista Hiring for Research Assistant Multivista at Newton Upper Falls, MA Full Time

Multivista is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented part-time researcher to join our team. As a researcher, you will be responsible for researching construction projects in the Northeast United States and finding the correct people who are working on those projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction and be familiar with Salesforce.com, Outlook, and Zoominfo.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct extensive online research to identify construction projects in the Northeast United States.
• Use Salesforce.com, Outlook, and Zoominfo to find and verify contact information for the people working on these projects.
• Make phone calls to confirm contact information and get in touch with the appropriate people.
• Maintain accurate records of all research and communication in our internal database.
• Assist with other research projects as needed.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in research, with a strong track record of successful research projects.
• Knowledge of the construction industry is preferred.
• Familiarity with Salesforce.com, Outlook, and Zoominfo is required.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Must be comfortable making phone calls and speaking with people on the phone.
• Must have reliable internet access and be able to work remotely.
