The primary responsibilities of this job include handling the day to day administrative tasks of our CPA firm. These tasks include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Answering and directing client calls
- Meeting and Greeting Clients at front desk
- Scheduling appointments
- Receiving and sending mail
- Handling of general office administrative tasks
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour
