MV Transportation, Inc Hiring for AP Specialist / Data Entry Job at Atlantic, IA Full Time

MV Transportation is seeking an AP Specialist/Data Entry requires ability to enter data quickly and accurately. This position will be primarily responsible for entering valid and accurate invoice information into Lawson. It is part of a fast-paced department and requires the ability to multitask and maintain composure in a positive work environment.

Position is located in Elk Horn, Iowa.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and key valid invoice information into Ephesoft/Lawson.
• Daily interaction with team to quickly resolve issues and provide follow up as needed.
• Work with divisions to ensure compliance with Accounts Payable guidelines.
• Willing to accept other Accounts Payable duties as assigned.

Talent Requirements:

• Computer skills including Microsoft Office applications – Excel and Outlook.
• Excellent verbal and nonverbal communication skills.
• General accounting as well as purchasing cycle knowledge helpful.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple fast-paced projects.
• Ability to meet deadlines, particularly prior to month end.
• Lawson and Image Now experience a plus.
