ARC Reporting Assistant

To be successful in this position the ideal candidate should be good at with basic accounting, be very organized and have an eye for detail. Prior auditing experience would be helpful but is not required.

The primary responsibilities for this position are:

· Account Reconciliation (Daily ARC/IAR)

· Auditing (Globalware)

· Cash receipting (TACS and ONYX)

· ADHOC Reporting (Mthly & Qtrly)

This is a remote/home-based position. Having prior experience working remotely is helpful, having an established home office is a plus but not a requirement.

· Salary is $20 per hour to start, with a review after 90 days

This position offers a semi flexible schedule and is regularly 40 hours per week, with no overtime.

MVT/YTC provides administrative services to independent travel advisors, and travel agencies. Our corporate office is located in Santa Barbara CA, and our accounting team works remotely from their Phoenix area homes.
