My Amigos Bilingual Education Center is a Christian nonprofit organization seeking an energetic, flexible, organized person to support the administration in the office and the teachers in the classroom on a part-time basis Monday through Friday.
Duties
Ensuring the office runs smoothly
Review files, update and print new forms
Oversee inventory, orders and deliveries
Maintain clear communications (internal and external)
Assist Senior Staff and teachers as needed
Receive tuition payments as needed
Requirements
Bilingual (Spanish/English)
Personal relation skills
Previous experience working with children
Transportation to and from work
Nice To Haves
Previous experience in office management
Member or volunteer for community organization
