My Flooring Texas, LLC is our parent company for My Flooring America and ProSource. The foundation of our company culture is the associate-created Social Contract. We are looking to hire a Team Member to help support our rapidly growing company.

Duties

The Administrative Assistant position is responsible for:

• Answering telephones and giving information to callers, taking messages, or transferring calls to appropriate individuals.
• Greet visitors or callers and handle their inquiries or direct them to the appropriate persons according to their needs.
• Create, maintain, and enter information into databases.
• Use computers for various applications, such as database management or word processing.
• Operate office equipment, such as fax machines, copiers, or phone systems and arrange for repairs when equipment malfunctions.

Requirements
