MYVEGAS Magazine Hiring for Personal Assistant to the Publisher at Las Vegas, NV Full Time

We are currently looking for a Publisher’s Assistant with exceptional customer service and a great personality!

Hours are Monday – Friday 9am-5pm

Duties held will be answering calls, greeting clients, filling out contracts, spreadsheets, typing letters, answering emails, running errands, assisting in company events, and other administrative duties. Professional appearance very important for this job.

Job Qualifications:

• Must be very proficient in Excel, Word, and Internet Searches, and navigating new Apps.
• Must have knowledge of fundamental office duties.
• Must have exceptional customer service, communication skills, and be reliable.
• Must work well with others.
• Must be able to multitask in a busy office environment.
• Minimum of two years experience in and office setting is preferred
• Must be amazing, clear, and full of joy on the telephone.
