Notre client, un cabinet comptable situé à Laval est actuellement à la recherche d’un.e Adjoint.e administratif.ive. Le cabinet dessert une clientèle de PME et offre tous les services tels que : Certification, compilation, fiscalité, services comptables, services conseils, etc.
Relevant des associés, le/la titulaire du poste s’assure d’accueillir la clientèle de façon courtoise et d’offrir un service à la clientèle professionnel. Il/elle veille à la préparation des dossiers clients et assure le support administratif à l’ensemble des associés. Il/elle voit à l’organisation son travail de façon proactive et de façon à bien répondre aux objectifs organisationnels.
PRINCIPALES TÂCHES ET RESPONSABILITÉS
Exigences
● Diplôme en administration ou bureautique
● Expérience générale de bureau
● Maîtrise de la suite Office
● Excellente aptitude en communication orale/écrite
● Bilinguisme fonctionnel
Le poste est à temps plein, 35 hrs semaine en présentiel. Horaire du lundi au vendredi, de 9h à 17h. Salaire selon expérience.

Our client, an accounting firm located in Laval, is currently looking for an Executive Assistant. The firm serves a clientele of SMEs and offers all services such as: Certification, compilation, taxation, accounting, consulting, etc.
Reporting to the Associates, the position is responsible for courteously welcoming and provide professional customer service and ensure the preparation of client files and provides administrative support to all partners. He/she oversees the organization of his/her proactively and effectively meeting organizational objectives
KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Requirements
The position is full time, 35 hrs per week in person. Hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Salary according to experience.
