Ingenuity. Customers. Join our team!The Sales Trainer role will deliver global sales training, both virtual and in person for NanoString onboarding and continuous learning programs. This role may assist in design of seller ready content to engage all learning styles through virtual, e-learning, and self-paced programs. You will collaborate with many stakeholders in the organization including Sales Enablement, field sellers, and members of the Commercial Sales Leadership Team.Essential Functions:Deliver value-based sales skills development training for sellers in our North America, EMEA, and APAC teams.Partner with Commercial Sales leaders and sales enablement to analyze individual seller performance though CRM/sales tools to provide field-based coaching enablement activities to drive revenue results. Partner with first-line managers to mentor/coach to improve seller performance.Design & update engaging seller ready training materials in the Learning Management System as needed.Develop and communicate an ongoing enablement calendar, coordinating with other cross-functional teams.Utilize a variety of training methodologies, techniques, concepts, learning tools, and practices to ensure maximum effectiveness of the training.Collaborate with other Commerical Education team members to partner on shared opportunities to scale and improve programs for new hire and sales skills training.Requirements (Education, Experience, Specific Skills):3+ years sales training experience. Life Sciences experience a plus.5+ years of Life Science Sales Experience.
