Are you a passionate about providing exceptional customer service skills and a passion for the hospitality industry? If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a keen eye for detail, we are looking for a full time receptionist on a permanent basis.

The Receptionist will deliver a range of front-line reception services at the Kennedy Park Resort, ensuring that all enquiries, booking, reservations and face-to-face interactions with customers are carried out effectively, courteously, and in accordance with the procedures established by Kennedy Park management.

Requirements

Ideally you will have a strong knowledge of the tourism and travel industry, and will have led teams in a busy customer service environment.

If you have:

• Knowledge and experience in reception
• Ability to work evening, weekend and public holidays
• Strong communication skills
• Amazing customer service focus
