You will be a key part of the Strategy and Innovation Team reporting to the Digital Technology Manager.

You will be responsible for ensuring that the Port’s outsourced infrastructure team continues to provide a high level of information systems support to both external and internal customers.

Your priorities within the IT team include:

• Delivery and continuous improvement of Napier Port’s IT infrastructure service
• Manage and build relationships with external providers and internal business functions
• IT asset management, policies and procedures
• Assisting with budget reporting and performance management
• Leading and participating in innovation and continuous improvement projects
• Health and safety – actively contributing to Just Culture initiatives
