We are currently looking to add an Entry-Level Order Entry Coordinator to our growing Order Entry Team.

****This is an Entry Level position – will train on order entry and customer service****

Responsibilities:

• Process all orders accurately and efficiently with the utmost attention to detail
• Work closely with all customer service representatives, production staff, and other team members – handling orders from start to finish.

• Review incoming orders for completeness and accuracy; resolve discrepancies

• Escalate orders when needed to ensure issues are identified and resolved

• Stay informed and up to date on new products, services, and policies

• May perform other duties and participate in other projects as required by the department

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word and Excel

• Ability to identify and solve problems; solutions oriented

• Capable of handling office/administrative tasks, such as sorting, responding to emails, and speaking with customers.

• Ability to write clearly and concisely; organizes thoughts effectively

• Excellent communication skills a must!
