Position Summary: The Data Entry Representative is responsible for accurately keying applications into the Affinity database.

Schedule/ Hours Required: Monday through Friday, 8:00am -4:30 pm (may require periodic overtime)
Duties and Responsibilities:
Key paper applications into the Affinity database
Maintain acceptable keying speed and accuracy
Work with management to address/suggest any systematic opportunities/issues
Education and Work Experience:

• High School Diploma, college preferred
• 1-3 years of related experience

Knowledge and Skills:
To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies to perform the essential functions of this position.

• Must maintain highest level of Confidentiality at all times.
• Ability to communicate effectively (verbal and written)
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Proficient computer skills: must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Ability to multi-task, follow up and meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail
