National Apartment Flooring Hiring for Client Services Specialist at Remote Full Time

National Apartment Flooring (NAF) is seeking a highly driven, self-motivated and customer focused Client Services Specialist to support our mission of providing apartment professionals with the best flooring solution imaginable. This full-time position can be located at either our Chino or Santa Clara offices and requires fluency in both English and Spanish.

In this role, you’ll work as a member of the customer service team providing exceptional service to our customers and installation staff.

What You’ll Do: As a Client Services Specialist, your role will focus on the following:

• Monitor and respond to emails from multiple email channels
• Monitor and handle all incoming chats, phone call and text messages
• Process orders for upcoming installation requests
• Locate and send out diagrams for different installations
• Track and maintain timecards for installers
• Schedule work for upcoming installations
• Contact installers to confirm upcoming work
• Contacts clients to handle any issues that may arise

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience; flooring or construction experience preferred.
• Outstanding organization, multi-tasking and prioritization skills.
• A confident self-starter who is adept in problem solving, comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with and operates with high-degree of accountability.
• Strong written and interpersonal communication skills
• Fluency in both written and spoken English and Spanish
