About The Transformation Directorate
The newly formed Transformation Directorate is responsible for the management and delivery of cross agency transformational activity that will enable the NCA to deliver against its strategic objectives. This is essential to ensuring the Agency remains at the heart of tackling the ever-dynamic threat of serious and organised crime.
Overseeing a multi-million pound investment spread across a range of programmes that impact core infrastructure, this is a new area with primary responsibility for:
Job Description
This is a major role in building new capability to support the national response to serious and organised crime. The role holder will be an inspirational and supportive team leader with significant experience of delivering transformational change at an enterprise level.
You will lead key strategic change programmes across the National Crime Agency (NCA) to expand and improve our use of technology, including data and digital programmes.
You will drive forward the development of new approaches to change delivery and business change across the NCA.
You will develop new capabilities in conjunction with National Security partners and the wider serious and organised crime system.
You will manage a diverse team of change professionals to deliver against challenging customer requirements.
You will be an inspirational leader, role modelling the behaviours and values of the NCA. You will provide a supportive environment for individuals to thrive and feel confident to innovate and meet their potential.

Annual Leave
26 days’ annual leave on entry increasing to 31 days after 5 years’ service plus 8 bank holidays.

If qualifying criteria is met new joiners to the NCA from UK Police Forces or UKIC will have service with those employers taken into account for continuous service purposes for Annual Leave entitlement only, this will be up to a maximum of 31 days leave (including 1 privilege day)

An assignment duration is the period of time a Senior Civil Servant is expected to remain in the same post to enable them to deliver on the agreed key business outcomes.
