Our Here Toitū team are looking for a Kaiwhakamana to join our fun, dynamic and outcome-focused team. The intention and purpose of Here Toitū is to support people who are unable to work or are at risk of losing employment due to a health condition or disability, to improve their health and wellbeing.
Our Kaiwhakamana plays a critical part in the intervention component of Here Toitū, supporting Kaimanaaki in their roles, development, and maintenance of effective and efficient service delivery. The Kaiwhakamana will mentor and oversee the work of the Kaimanaaki and are responsible for providing administrative and supportive supervision.
The Kaiwhakamana will develop, implement, and maintain processes, and systems to enable full and effective delivery of Here Toitū services to meet the Key Performance Indicators, business plan requirements, and regular reporting components to both internal and external stakeholders.
The Kaiwhakamana will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships within Here Toitū both internally, and externally with GP practices, Ministry of Social Development (MSD), and the Here Toitū partnership to enhance service delivery outcomes. The Kaiwhakamana will successfully collaborate with primary and secondary care service providers and MSD to improve the overall wellbeing for people living with a health condition or disability.
Supported by, and working alongside senior management, the Kaiwhakamana will contribute to enhancements of Here Toitū and to quality outcomes for whānau.

Required skills & experience:
This role requires travel across Auckland, so a clean driver’s license and access to a car are necessary for this role.
