National Trust Hiring for Experiences Producer at Swindon SN Full Time

Your contractual location will be our head office in Swindon, however, there will be an opportunity to explore and agree hybrid working arrangements, which strike the right balance for you and the Trust.
As a team, we spend most of our time working remotely, but there will be opportunity to travel to visit places as well as co-working at Heelis and other regional hub.
What you’ll be doing:The Programming and Production team sits with National Visitor Experience Delivery. We focus on developing national scale visitor experiences and supporting our places to deliver them through the creation of products, resources and training.
This role will work within a team of Experience Producers and Project Managers who work together on a range of programmes which include key seasonal moments like Easter and Christmas as well as other creative and cultural projects.
As a Producer, this role will be to support turning concepts into deliverable products. It will be responsible for developing and procuring materials for our people and our places, working with people across the Trust to generate creative ideas and to support the communication of our work.
Who we’re looking forThis role will be ideal for you if you enjoy producing and delivering high quality creative work, having a direct influence on delivery at our properties, deliverig work that connects directly with our audiences and working collaboratively with others to deliver tangible outcomes.
The key attributes we are looking for are:
- Great design and production skills, with an eye to detail
- Experience or background in at least one creative discipline, including design techniques, visitor experiences and programming, copywriting or print/digital production
- A natural collaborator and co-designer, able to bring people together to build positive working relationships and to create great solutions
- Able to work flexibly and at pace in a highly organised way, contributing to a range of creative projects through agile ways of working
- Desire to support a culture of continual learning and improvement within the team and wider job family
