National Wellness Centers Hiring for Medical Seminar Scheduler at Remote Full Time

Our growing healthcare organization is currently seeking a Medical Seminar Scheduler to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating medical seminars and events for our organization.

Responsibilities include, and are not limited to:

• Scheduling and coordinating all medical seminars and events for our organization.
• Working with sales reps and office staff to ensure success of each event.
• Manage event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and audiovisual equipment
• Maintain even budgets and timelines.
• Ensure all events are in compliance with guidelines.
• Manage event registration and attendee communication.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
