What You Will Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or an acceptable combination of relevant education, training and experience;
• Minimum of three (3) years of analytical experience in consumer-packaged goods industry (category management experience considered an asset);
• Experience working on private label projects in the food and beverage industry preferred;
• Knowledge of S&OP processes;
• Proficiency in Excel, highly skilled in Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint
• Excellent organizational, presentation, and customer service skills;
• Strong analytical mind with an innate attention to detail;
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills, superior oral and written communication skills, in both English and French, with the ability to influence and impact others at various levels within the organization to achieve results;
• Ability to work independently and function as both a strong team player and project leader.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Global Sales VP, you will ensure that all processes as they relate to planning and forecasting, including new product launches, are managed for the sales team. You will work closely with the Key Account Managers to ensure all necessary deliverables are executed accordingly and help to measure the team’s performance using raw data and optimizing where efficiencies are found. You will be the link between the sales team and other internal teams in order to ensure client management is optimized to its fullest.

The Role

• Support various initiatives as required, such as annual customer business planning process, monthly volume calls and forecast process.
• Prepare launch status updates, item forecasts and financial evaluation for all new products at monthly the Portfolio Management Review, as part of the S&OP process.
• Ensure all elements of the rolling forecast are updated with the sales team and aligned with Demand Planning each month, as part of the Demand Management.
• Work closely with Key Account Managers to ensure all deliverables for the sales team are executed for RFQ’s, new product launches, product discontinuations, cost changes, etc.
• Measure and publish team performance, project status and metrics.
• Ensure teams meet milestones, critical internal and customer dates.
• Coordinate customer requests on product samples, costing details, etc.
• Deliver on ad hoc requests by sales team on an as needed basis.
