Natuvion Americas, Inc. in Malvern, PA seeks SAP Delivery
Manager/Delivery Executive to manage and provide SAP delivery management
expertise and leadership to international team of technical and business
employees, including consultants and partners, in projects including
data quality management, and data migration to an SAP S/4HANA secure
cloud computing environment and in support of client
mergers/divestitures; daily management of team and project phases;
establish, implement and oversee tracking and reporting for SAP
Selective Data Transformation projects; establish internal project
methodologies compatible with PMP and IPMA standards and SAP Activate
Methodology, and ensure coaching of internal, partner and customer
teams; manage client relationships; define and ensure project
governance, communications, and stakeholder buy-in; collaborate with
team to create project management documentation and client
presentations; develop, track, and report on project budgets, schedules
and scope adherence; lead escalations of troubled projects and perform
quality gates; support team problem solving; manage and support team to
deliver thorough analyses, recommendations, implementation and
migration; and supervise our Project Management Office services team
managers. Telecommuting permitted from anywhere in the U.S.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (will accept single degree
or combination of degrees or professional credentials determined to be
equivalent by a qualified evaluation service) in Management Information
Systems or related field plus two years of experience in SAP delivery
management or in the alternative four years of experience in SAP
delivery management. Experience must include: (i) experience in a senior
client/account management role delivering SAP projects and programs;
(ii) customer experience operating at CXO level; (iii) team management
as line leader; (iv) service and sales support for SAP solutions; (v)
leading multinational solutions and delivery teams; and (vi) recognition
and integration in SAP contact network. Must have knowledge of: SAP
partners, competitors, and the international IT Industry. Must be
Project Management Professional (PMP) certified and have the SAP
Certified Associate — SAP Activate Project Manager certificate. Must be
able to travel domestically and internationally up to 50% of time to
client sites and Natuvion offices (about twice/month to 2 or 3 customer
sites for SAP delivery management, 3 days/trip or longer depending on
project stage/activities, and monthly travel to PA office for team
coordination, 3 days/trip). Any suitable combination of education,
training, or experience is acceptable.

Salary: $150,000 – $175,000 per year. Benefits: medical,
